Can I view the equipment?

Yes, the equipment for hire may be viewed at our Wembley location. Please contact us to arrange a viewing.
Alternatively, we can send images of equipment at your request.

How long can I hire for?

We have a 8-week minimum hire period but it is open ended after completion of this date.
The longer the hire period, the cheaper the rate.

Can I pick up the equipment?

Yes the equipment can be picked up from our Wembley location.
Most items will fit in any car that allows for its back seats to recline and lie flat.
For bigger equipment pieces, we recommended you have it delivered.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we are available to deliver all equipment to any location in Perth.
Please note that there is a fee involved depending on your suburb location. This will range between $30 - $90. Safe and clear home access is also required.

At what times and days do you deliver?

We operate between 8:00am - 5:00pm and are available to deliver throughout the week, including after hours and weekends.

Do I need to maintain the equipment?

Only general cleaning and wiping down equipment is required.
All equipment maintenance is performed pre-and-post hire use.

What happens at the end of the hire term?

At the end of the hire, you can choose to return the equipment, request collection or extend equipment hire use.

Do you offer a hire-to-buy option?

No, we are simply a hire company.

Do you charge a bond?

Yes, there is a $100 refundable bond required to be paid upon reservation of the equipment.

What if the equipment breaks?

Break down of equipment is rare due to the high quality and reputable brands used. In the unlikely case there is an issue, we will come out to repair or replace machines, adding on any lost days to your hire period at no extra cost.
